Autonomy-Interwoven’s Train the Trainer (TTT) program was created for Autonomy-Interwoven customers with large deployments and internal education teams, who want to leverage internal resources to deliver Interwoven expertise. In this program, your in-house trainers receive the same comprehensive educational materials, are trained on those materials, and then receive advice on how to modify the materials as desired for your TeamSite implementation and users. You also can receive the equivalent standard class materials whenever the course is updated, ensuring that your staff has the information it needs to continue leveraging the power of sustainable, tailored education materials. Program requirements include successful completion of the prerequisite product training (typically user-level courses). At least one month’s experience using the solution is recommended.

  • Dedicated transfer of knowledge session for one or two individuals at your facility
  • Training materials, student labs, and files, complete with a comprehensive review
  • 1-year license to receive updates on the relevant curriculum
  • Assistance setting up training environment on a laptop server as needed (Instructions are provided for a classroom server)
  • Knowledge transfer on best practices, FAQs, presentation of materials
  • How to handle common areas of concern for students
